K TEACHERS MANUAL
The Saxon Phonics K Teacher's Manual has been carefully written to provide language and
activities appropriate for the student's grade level. The manual employs a unique,
instructional format that provides both teacher direction and teacher language, as well as
possible student responses. Each lessons contains a list of materials, pre-class
preparation instructions, the entire scripted lesson, and reduced versions of applicable
student materials. Other items contained in the manual include introductory material
explaining how to implement the program, extensive word lists that may be used for
spelling bees or other activities, and detailed game directions. The Teacher's Manual may be purchased as part of the
complete Home Study Kit or purchased separately.
