Debbie
Strayer holds a Master's degree in education. While working with elementary
students, Debbie saw the need for an integrated language approach. Dr. Ruth
Beechick's work confirms Debbie's experience and provides the basis for the curriculum's
development. Debbie and her husband are home schooling their two children.
Susan Simpson taught language arts in a traditional school and became
convinced that the fragmented methods of language learning were not effective. Since
1985, Susan has embraced a developmental model of learning as the most effective way to
teach. She enjoys teaching her five children. |
