HORIZONS MATH OVERVIEW
Horizons Mathematics is designed for the visual learner with emphasis on learning math using manipulatives. This hands-on approach makes elementary math enjoyable for both parents and students. HORIZONS 4TH GRADE MATH
Horizon 4th Grade Math reviews and expands previous coverage of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. New concepts introduced in 4th grade include multiplication of 2-digit times 2-digit with carrying, division, with 2-digit divisor and quotient, addition/subtraction of unlike fractions, pre-algebra concepts, ratios, and more.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE FOURTH GRADE MATH BOXED SET:
The 4th Grade Math Boxed Set includes the student and teacher book materials but does not include the math manipulatives, which are required by the curriculum. The math manipulatives may be purchased separately. The Boxed Set with the manipulatives gives you everything you need to successfully complete kindergarten math instruction.

As shown in the photo at the top of this page, the boxed set includes 160 lessons, divided into two student books and a complete daily lesson plan in the 2-part, spiral-bound Teacher Handbook. plus a Student Worksheet Packet. The Teacher's Handbook includes reproducible masters.
