with the Complete Set. Complex economic concepts are
presented in brief lessons using controlled vocabulary to make it easy to understand. Students read about all parts of the economy. They
learn what causes the economy to do well one year and not so well the next. They read
about the kind of economy we have in the United States compared to the economies in other
nations. They learn about banks and how they do business. They learn about money and its
role in the economy. Finally, they learn about how the economy of the United States
depends on economies in other nations.
