Teachers Edition Book is 528 pages, spiral bound. The Teacher's
Edition was written with both traditional schools and home schools in mind. Special notes
are made wherever differences occur, which are usually related to field trips and
investigations in the activities manual. The Teachers Edition offers reduced student text
with a suggested teaching schedule, notes, chapter overviews, and answers to all review
questions. It also includes a section on human reproduction (not included in student
text), making the inclusion of that topic optional in your students' course of study. A chapter overview and suggested teaching schedule
are included at the beginning of each chapter. Most other teaching aids have been placed
in the margins of the appropriate chapters. These teaching aids include section
objectives, suggestions for activities, clarification or expansion of points which are not
entirely appropriate in the student edition, supplemental readings, suggested
supplementary materials, and answers to the questions. Annotations generally are
positioned parallel to a pertinent section in the text.
