Kit Overview:
The Health Home School Kit for grades 7 to 12 gives your student an
understanding of the basic needs of the human body. This course helps students care for
themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Includes all materials
needed for one complete school year for the teacher and one student. This course presents a Bible-based perspective of
health. 1 Corinthians 6:19 says that our bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit.
Christians have the unique opportunity of serving God by being good caretakers of our
bodies.
The kit includes the following items:
- Home
Teacher's Edition - The Teacher book is 464 pages, spiral bound. The Teacher’s Edition offers the option of a one- or two-year program on either
the junior high or senior high level. It includes the Student Text, marginal notes, answers to
section review questions, and activities.
- Student
Text - The hardbound Student Text includes 425 pages. The
Student Text gives practical advice on topics such as exercise, personal hygiene, safety, and
nutrition. It contains thirteen chapters with numerous photos and diagrams.
